This Privacy Policy applies to services offered by the mobile application developed by Johnson Health Tech Co., Ltd. ("Johnson", "Company", "we,", "our" and "us") named Johnson OTA (the "App") (the "Service").
This Privacy Policy provides you with information to help you understand the types of personal data we collect from you, through the device on which the App is installed (the "Device") and/or Johnson fitness equipment (the "Equipment") to the Device is connected.
We do not collect any personal information. To be specific, we do not require you to create account and log in when using the Service, nor do we track of your visits, usage time and location data to the Service.

When you use the Service, we connect via Bluetooth to the paired Equipment to access the Equipment information, including manufacturer name, model number, device name, serial number, hardware version, and software version, in order to update the Equipment software for better exercise experience.

As no personal information is collected, there is no data retention policy applicable. We do not collect, store, transfer or share your Equipment information.
The Service is designed and restricted to use by individuals that are at least 18 years old. As such, we do not anticipate receiving personal data from individuals under such age requirement. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.
